1. SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
a. Naya Style offers Free Shipping and Gift Packing within India for all jewelry orders placed on the website.
b. Shipping is facilitated through reliable courier partners such as Blue Dart, UPS, or other designated service providers.
c. The company ensures secure and tamper-proof packaging, delivering products in exclusive company-labeled boxes. Delivery timelines, varying for different products, are clearly communicated during the order placement and checkout process.
d. The Company/Website reserves the right to disclose user or order information to law enforcement officials if required by law or authorized by a court.
e. For international orders, the Cart Value should range from a minimum of $200 (US Dollars) to a maximum of $3000 (US Dollars), inclusive of shipping and handling charges.
f. Shipping costs for international destinations vary according to the location and will be displayed during the checkout process.
e. All jewelry is dispatched on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis for international orders. Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties upon receiving the product.
f. Payments for orders within India can be made through domestic Credit/Debit cards or Direct Bank Transfer. For international orders, only PayPal payments in USD are accepted.
2. EXCHANGE & RETURNS
Naya Style’s 7-day return policy allows customers to return or exchange products within 7 days of the delivery date for orders within India. However, international orders with global shipping are currently not eligible for returns or exchanges.
3. LIMITED LIFETIME EXCHANGE POLICY
a. The Company/Website offers a Limited Lifetime Exchange Policy applicable to all purchases made within India, subject to specific conditions.
b. Customers can return a product after seven (7) days under the lifetime exchange policy and choose any new product from the website.
c. Exchange values for studded diamond jewelry are set at eighty percent (80%) of the prevailing market value, while products with gemstones are exchanged at seventy percent (70%) of the current market value.
d. Plain gold jewelry and gold coins are exchanged based on the present prevailing gold rate.
e. The company determines the prevailing market value for the exchange.
f. Silver jewelry products are not eligible for exchange under this policy.
g. Original invoices must accompany the product for processing under the Lifetime Exchange Policy.
h. In case of a refund, the balance amount is transferred online to the customer’s bank account within ten (10) days of receiving the product.
i. If the exchange value is lower than the new product’s value, the user must pay the difference.
j. The exchange amount is reduced by the value of any Coupon, Discount, or Promo Codes used during the original purchase.
k. Returns of Made-to-Order/Customized jewelry are handled on a case-by-case basis.
l. The company reserves the right to adjust the limited lifetime exchange value based on the Quality Inspection conducted by the Quality Assurance Department.
4. TRANSIT INSURANCE
All jewelry shipped by Naya Style is insured during the transit process to safeguard against theft or damages, ensuring the safe delivery of the customer’s purchase.
